Amber L. Nicol, Esq., LL.M.
Amber is an estate planning, probate, and trust administration attorney.
She graduated law school 4th in her class, cum laude, with a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. Amber continued her legal education at the University of Alabama School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude, with her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation. Prior to law school, Amber attended the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Certificate in Creative Writing.
During her time at Stetson, Amber worked as an environmental legal research assistant, served as a teaching assistant to her Torts and Trusts & Estates professors, and served as a student editor for four terms with the Journal of International Wildlife Law & Policy (JIWLP). She studied Comparative Trial Advocacy at the University of Oxford in England during the summer of 2019, and upon graduation, Amber received the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in trial advocacy.
After graduating from Stetson in 2020, Amber worked as an associate attorney for a respected trial firm before discovering her passion for estate planning. In 2022, Amber founded Tampa Bay Wills and has continued to grow her solo practice and build a name for herself as a dedicated and trusted estate planning and probate attorney in Tampa Bay. She truly cares for her clients. Amber’s goal as an attorney is to provide exceptional legal services, while remaining affordable.
Amber is a longtime resident of St. Petersburg, FL, an environmental advocate, and a local singer-songwriter and musician you can find performing around town and at the beach with her Low Tide Band! As a toddler mom, she spends most of her free time at the playground, but she also enjoys gardening, watercolor painting, strumming her guitar and trying out new restaurants with her husband Marc, who is also an attorney.
